Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or completion of an automotive service program preferred.
ASE certification or SAE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Use diagnostics to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status and documenting work.
Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, brakes, and other systems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Convey repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
