Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Leavenworth, KS seeks a General Service Technician. As an entry-level GST, you service guests' vehicles and gain certification through our training program to advance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct and fluids are topped up.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work.
• Report safety issues to management.
