Jones Family of Dealerships seeks an Automotive Service Technician at our GMC location in Lancaster, PA. The role involves diagnosing and repairing major components on cars and light trucks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include engine, electrical, HVAC, and brake work, performing preventive maintenance, and road testing when needed. PA licenses required; vocational certification preferred. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver’s license required.
• PA Safety Inspection and PA Emissions Inspector licenses required.
• Some practical automotive repair and service experience required.
• Vocational/Technical certification preferred; specialized training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engines, powertrain, electrical, HVAC, and brake systems with supervision as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing on vehicles.
• Identify warranty repairs and document on repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies.
