The technician will diagnose and repair vehicles, document findings in the DMS, perform multi-point inspections, and coordinate with Service Advisors. Candidates should have 2–3 years of automotive experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive experience
• Factory training preferred but not required
• Self-motivated to be productive
• Good communication skills, patience, attention to detail
• General mechanical skills
• Brand-specific training preferred
• Safety and emissions certification preferred
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Document the cause and correction in the DMS
• Perform repair work per dealership, state, and factory standards
• Conduct a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record results in the ASR Program
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
• Notify the Service Advisor of any issues that may take longer than promised
• Keep workspace clean and clutter-free
• Complete all Factory Web Training promptly and stay current
• Respect the customer's vehicle and keep it clean
• Understand factory warranties policies and procedures
