Job summary

Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spanish Fork is hiring a full-time technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, document issues, and communicate with service staff in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The role includes competitive pay ranging from $30,000 to $125,000 per year based on experience, plus benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K, HSA, and access to Strayer University education for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Factory training preferred but not required
• Self-motivated to be productive
• Valid driver license
• Good communication, patience and attention to detail
• General mechanical skills and own tools
• Brand-specific training/certification preferred but not required
• Safety and emissions certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Document causes and corrections in our DMS
• Perform a quality multi-point inspection and record results
• Communicate with service and parts advisors
• Complete all factory web training in a timely manner
• Understand all factory warranties, policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
• Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results.
• Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
• Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
• Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures

Qualifications

• Factory Training preferred but not required
