You will diagnose issues, follow repair orders, and participate in factory training while maintaining a safe work environment. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, along with the ability to pass background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a recognized automotive technician program.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties safely.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug test.
• Quality job performance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assigned a mentor to acclimate to dealership operations and share knowledge.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Consult with mentor, team leader, or shop foreman for assistance.
• Inspect vehicles to determine if additional service work is needed.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep up with factory technical bulletins.
