Qualifications

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturing training required.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and prioritize workflow.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunction and perform repairs.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain parts.
• Save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Inspect vehicle for additional safety or service needs.
• Notify service advisor if additional work is unnecessary or delays occur.
• Document all work performed and test drive as required.
• Supervise apprentices as assigned.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins.
• Maintain clean vehicles and shop area; track tools.
