Job summary

BMW of Freehold is seeking Automotive Service Technicians (all levels) to diagnose, repair, road-test, and document vehicle work per manufacturer standards. This is a full-time, flat-rate role offering incentives based on productivity and performance bonuses.

We value experienced technicians with a strong work ethic who can communicate effectively and grow within our Lithia & Driveway family. A valid driver’s license is required and a positive driving history is preferred.

Qualifications

• All levels of technicians with experience.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
• BMW experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunction causes and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Complete work according to repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Document repair procedures, test results and time spent.
• Maintain inventory of standard mechanic tools.
