Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Ford or ASE Certifications are a strong plus.
• Proficient with diagnostic systems, repair software, and service documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance per repair orders and standards.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot vehicles efficiently.
• Test-drive and inspect engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, and brakes.
• Communicate repair needs and timelines to Service Advisors clearly.
• Complete warranty repairs accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and professional workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, following dealership and manufacturer standards




• Use advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles efficiently




• Test‑drive and inspect systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC




• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about repair needs, timelines, and recommendations for additional work




• Complete warranty repairs accurately and on time




• Maintain an organized, safe, and professional workspace

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience as an Automotive Service Technician (Ford experience highly preferred)
