This position involves installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of alcohol monitoring devices. The role includes several operational duties such as maintaining a clean work environment, conducting product training sessions for customers, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for clients and staff.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing monthly inventory audits
2. Assisting nearby shops as needed
3. Managing daily hours to ensure a 40-hour workweek or less
4. Communicating effectively with management and lead technicians about challenges
5. Protecting client information confidentiality and security
6. Complying with all relevant state and federal regulations
7. Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with 12V systems
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include sitting, kneeling, and standing regularly, especially when installing devices in tight spaces. The role may require walking, reaching, crawling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities needed include close and distant vision.
