Job summary

RoShay Services in Surprise, AZ is seeking a General Service Technician to perform basic non-technical automotive services and support shop operations. You will handle oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and parts pickup while keeping the workspace clean and safe.

You must be comfortable driving company vehicles, following safety procedures, and assisting with inspections as needed. This role offers a path to advancement and benefits including health coverage, a 401(k), and tuition

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; ideally hold or be able to obtain a State Inspector License.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is required.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Role Overview:

The General Service Technician performs non-technical automotive services such as oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, and rotations. Responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Duties:

Conduct basic vehicle services, observe and report vehicle conditions, operate company vehicles safely, and perform safety and emission inspections. Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, and ideally hold or be able to obtain a State Inspector License. Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is required. Ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Physical & Work Conditions:
