Role Overview:

The General Service Technician is responsible for performing essential automotive maintenance and repairs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Key duties include tire mounting, balancing, rotation, oil changes, light vehicle maintenance, and conducting multi-point inspections. The technician must keep the work area organized, follow safety procedures, and operate vehicles safely and courteously. Additionally, they may assist with parts pickup, customer transport, and support team members with various tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and basic automotive knowledge (preferred). A valid driver’s license with a clean record, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. Flexibility to work on Saturdays is required. Prior automotive experience is a plus, but energetic, motivated individuals passionate about cars will be considered.

Physical & Working Conditions:

The role involves exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and other materials, with physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds, and good vision. Personal protective equipment may be necessary.
