Job summary

RoShay Services in Mesa, AZ is seeking a General Service Technician to perform non-technical automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and wheel balancing.

You will work under supervision, drive company vehicles for errands, keep the shop clean, follow safety protocols, and participate in inspections. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with benefit options after the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain or hold a State Inspector License.
• Understanding of basic vehicle components and mechanical systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfort working in varied environmental conditions with exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotation.
• Conduct oil changes and basic vehicle services.
