Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence.
• ASE certifications such as G1, A4, and related certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for customers.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety-related training, and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure Service Work Orders are initiated, displayed, and completed with vehicle.
• Obtain needed parts from service desk and return unused parts after service.
• Restore cores, batteries, and tires to designated areas for proper handling.
• Maintain minimum 16-week average productivity based on position.
• Support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process and VIP quality standards.
• Road test vehicles after service to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain vehicle security and protect customer vehicles when returning to lot.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
