Are you tired of the same old same old?Magic City Auto Group is seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. Our Service Technicians can earn up to $50.00 per hour!!We have four convenient locations in Roanoke, Lexington, Covington, and Bedford Virginia!

The ideal Automotive Service Technician candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a thorough understanding of automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work on various vehicle systems, including powertrains and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend necessary repairs to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repairs.

Skills

• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in powertrain systems.
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
• Experience in diesel engine repair is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
