Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose BMW vehicles using network-connected diagnostic tools and resources
• Repair BMW vehicles with approved tools, lubricants, and chemicals
• Document all labor and repair activities accurately for reimbursement
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs
• Maintain vehicles according to BMW and dealership standards
• Follow BMW factory and dealership repair standards efficiently and thoroughly
• Coordinate with Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts, and Warranty departments as needed
• Attend and complete BMW factory training and stay updated on technical bulletins

Job Requirements:

• BMW experience (Level 1 or 2 preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions
• Knowledge of BMW product line
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, able to work well in a busy shop
• Experience with CDK (ADP) and MPI helpful
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications, ASE certification, and BMW Step Program participation

Salary Range: $24.04 - $96.15 per hour
