Position Details

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work efficiently following manufacturer and dealership policies
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate paperwork for customers and records
• Keep work environment clean and safe
• Handle computerized transactions and record keeping
• Follow all company procedures and standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in heavy engine repair; Ford or ASE certification is a plus
• OEM or ASE Certifications preferred, Ford/Lincoln certification a plus
• Own tool set required
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Pass background screening and drug test
