Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula is hiring a Service Technician. This position diagnoses and repairs automotive systems, performs maintenance, and uses diagnostic tools to identify issues.

Open availability to work any day/shift is required, with hours 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. We offer competitive pay up to $40 per flat rate hour, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ required.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow, with a strong commitment to quality work and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Use diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures.
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training.
