Rohrman Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Indiana. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and document time and parts used. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience as automotive technician in a dealership or shop setting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software; brand-specific experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair orders efficiently.
• Own a set of personal hand tools (specialty tools provided by dealership).

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training to stay current with evolving technology.
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed.
