LeadCar Toyota La Crosse is seeking a skilled automotive technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, delivering quality workmanship and an exceptional guest experience. You will join a professional service team dedicated to using industry-leading technology to develop your skills and advance your career.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year of automotive repair experience, with Toyota or ASE certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of automotive repair experience.
• Toyota certified or ASE certified preferred but not required.
• Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
• Must be able to operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses cause of malfunction and performs repair.
• Examines vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Communicates with service advisor if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and events.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Works collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and technicians to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Summary:

Functions as a skilled technician, who diagnoses and repairs in all areas, while taking pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving complex problems and being apart of a professional service team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
• Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles when required.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding guest experience.
