Hiring Automotive Technicians $60,000 - $100,000 a year

Capitol City Ford is immediately looking for a service technician willing to learn from several master tech mentors.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to specification.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

Minimum Requirements

• Have own set of tools.
• Be dependable with a reliable source of transportation.
• Strong motivation to learn & succeed in the business.
• Provide customer satisfaction performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance services according to Ford’s standards.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
