Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently, following dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma.
