Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
2. Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication.
3. Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
4. Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
5. Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
6. Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
7. Maintain an organized work area.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• Genesis certifications are desirable
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 18+ years old to comply with the company driving policy
