Job Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards to foster customer loyalty
• Communicate regularly with parts department and service advisors to manage production and customer communication effectively
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues as they occur
• Maintain an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Experience as an Automotive Service Technician
• Genesis certifications are desirable
• ASE certification is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older to comply with company driving policy
