The Manager of Client Solutions is responsible for leading a team focused on consulting with our clients to understand their risk management product servicing needs and then designing solutions in collaboration with Allied’s enterprise technology group (ETG), client servicing, and business areas. This manager is responsible for developing and managing a process that defines, documents, implements, and tests solutions for our clients. Critical to this is the development and support of a team who thoroughly comprehends Allied’s technology, risk management products, and our client commitments. The Manager of Client Solutions is also responsible for identifying and managing the implementation of solutions.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Employee Development and Team Leadership (50%):
- Establishes and supports a team culture that’s in alignment with Allied’s organizational values.
- Provides recommendations to the Director of Implementations on department goals and overall vision and is responsible for successful execution of applicable goals.
- Sponsors and/or leads key projects that fulfill company, division, or department goals.
- Ensures each employee has goals focused on their professional development and that are in alignment with department and organizational goals.
- Provides regular feedback and coaching to employees on their progress regarding individual goals and professional development.
- Develops strategies in collaboration with organizational resources to grow employees’ skills and advance their careers.
- Creates, distributes, and presents information on current state of department activities and its goals.
Establishing Standards and Processes (10%):
- Continually assesses and understands each product’s client servicing standards and commitments, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Establishes, communicates, and enforces quality standards for implementation of client solutions.
- Establishes a governance process for defining client solutions, documenting those solutions and business rules, and testing for accurate delivery of those solutions and business rules.
- Thoroughly communicates and educates stakeholders on the process and standards and the overall results.
Management of Solution Design, Implementation, and Testing (30%):
- Manages day-to-day execution and engagement of assessing and documenting client needs, designing and implementing solutions, and testing that solutions were accurately implemented.
- Engages directly with clients, client servicing, implementations team, and/or business areas for high profile or complex client solution design, implementation, and testing.
- Collaborates with clients, client servicing, implementations team, and business areas to provide updates on the status of individual clients as well as the overall status of work being performed by the team.
- Coordinates the activity and priority of the team on providing trainings to internal stakeholders on new or existing products, systems, and solutions.
- Based on post implementation reviews and input from team, makes decisions on continuous improvement opportunities to be pursued regarding solutions and processes.
- Establishes and manages a governance process for documenting client business rules and ensures stakeholders who service clients have access to relevant client information.
- Collaborates with various departments on projects where changes need to be made to multiple clients, and develops and executes the plan through utilization of team resources.
RMO Communications (10%):
- Establishes and manages processes for updating communications sent to clients’ customers including paper notices, emails, and texts.
- Engages with clients, legal, ETG, and product management on updates to notice templates ensuring accurate and compliant execution
- Ensures updates to templates are communicated to impacted stakeholders and are readily available for business and client reference.
- Manages the process and workflow for changes to clients’ notices with high collaboration with ETG and Client Solutions Design team.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience required.
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience required.
- 5-7 years management experience required.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to coordinate resources to deliver on multiple projects with a focus on hitting deadlines.
- Proficiency in documentation and testing of requirements.
