Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and determine effective solutions.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs and safety.
• Document all work, procedures, tests, and time according to company policy.
• Maintain inventory of standard mechanic tools and keep workspace organized.

With our experienced teams and our innovative ideas we drive our success while we have fun doing it!What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.What You'll BringWe prefer 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience. We will review candidates of all skill level.We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.Working knowledge of computers and technology.
