Job summary

Irwin Lincoln Mazda is seeking a motivated B-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our team in a dealer setting. You will perform scheduled maintenance and mid-level repairs, diagnose drivability issues, and communicate repair needs with service advisors while ensuring safety and orderly work areas.

We offer a $3,000 signing bonus, a 40-hour guarantee, and opportunities for Ford and ASE training to continue developing your skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ford Certification.
• Other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and mid-level repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair drivability issues under supervision when needed.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and time estimates.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and follow dealership processes.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
• Continue building technical skills through Ford and ASE training program.

Previous Experience At a Ford Dealership Is Preferred

• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
