Performance Honda Fairfield is actively searching for a skilled Automotive Service Technician who excels in advanced diagnostics and repairs of Honda vehicles. As we expand our team, we need dedicated professionals who deliver outstanding automotive repair, maintain a spotless work environment, and adhere to our standard procedures. Compensation and Schedule

• $22.00 to $30.00 Per Flat Rate Hour (experience-based)
• 40 Hour Work Week 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• One Saturday Per Month

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Be a productive team member in the service shop
• Be coachable
• Complete all repairs under mentor guidance if needed
• Enroll in accelerated Honda training programs at no cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
• Prefer 2 ASE Certifications, not mandatory
• Completion of Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Performance Honda Fairfield is a drug-free workplace
