Farrish of Fairfax Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a family-owned dealership in Fairfax, VA, is expanding its high-volume service department and seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians at all levels to join our professional team.

Join a modern, well-equipped shop with 25+ service bays, ongoing factory training, and strong parts support. You will diagnose, repair, and service Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (Level 1 through master/Level 3 welcome).
• CDJR / Mopar / Stellantis experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
• Complete multi-point inspections, preventive maintenance, and warranty work to factory standards
• Communicate findings to service advisors clearly
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures
• Stay current with technical training and manufacturer updates
• Provide outstanding quality of work supporting CSI/NPS standards

Farrish of Fairfax Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a trusted family-owned and operated dealership serving the Northern Virginia and greater DC area for nearly 70 years, is expanding its high-volume service department. We are seeking skilled, motivated Automotive Service Technicians (all levels) to join our professional team.

We take pride in delivering exceptional Mopar service with factory-certified technicians, more than 25 service bays, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Compensation

Compensation is dependent upon experience, training level, and certifications.
Competitive flat-rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using manufacturer diagnostic equipment (including wiTECH and related tools)
• Complete multi-point inspections, preventive maintenance, warranty work, and customer-pay repairs to factory standards
• Communicate findings and recommended additional work clearly to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and dealership procedures
• Stay current with technical training and manufacturer updates
• Provide outstanding quality of work that supports our high CSI/NPS standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (Level 1 thru master/Level 3 welcome)
• CDJR / Mopar / Stellantis experience is a significant advantage
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional, positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing factory and manufacturer training
