Job summary

Karl Malone Group in El Dorado, AR seeks a full-time Experienced Service Technician in a certified shop. You will support customers through the timely repair and delivery of their vehicle, performing repairs per repair order on engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order on engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes,A/C and related systems.
• Test drives and diagnostic procedures to verify repairs and communicate status.
• Provide accurate repair time estimates and update service advisors.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Carry out warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area per safety regulations.

Karl Malone Groupis seeking a full-timeExperienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of ourteam, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery oftheir vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency andaccuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicleautomotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering,suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  
• Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessarytest drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
  
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regardingthe vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs areneeded, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
  
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner andmaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed orneeded.
  
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturerspecifications.
  
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area followingprescribed safety regulations.
