Job summary

Karl Malone Group in Draper, Utah is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of our team, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery of their vehicle.

You will perform repairs per repair orders, test vehicle systems with diagnostic tools, communicate with the Service Advisor about status and needs, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive background.
• Strong skills in teamwork and communication.
• Valid driver’s license free from major infractions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through.
• Prompt and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Test vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and test drives.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle’s status and any additional needs; provide an estimate of time for further repairs.
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following safety regulations.

Karl Malone Groupis seeking a full-timeExperienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of ourteam, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery oftheir vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency andaccuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicleautomotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering,suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  
• Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessarytest drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
  
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regardingthe vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs areneeded, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
  
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner andmaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed orneeded.
