Job summary

Karl Malone Group in Heber City, UT is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to join our certified shop. You will help support customers through timely repair and delivery of their vehicles, performing skilled repairs across various automotive systems.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive background and repair experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean infractions.
• Attention to detail and task follow-through.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, brakes, and A/C.
• Test vehicle components and systems using test drives, diagnostic tools, and equipment.
• Communicate status and needs with Service Advisor; provide time estimates for further work.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs and execute warranty work to manufacturer specs.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Karl Malone Group is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of our team, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery of their vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  
• Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
  
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs are needed, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
  
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed or needed.
  
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
  
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations.
