Karl Malone Group in El Dorado, AR, seeks an Experienced Service Technician for a full-time position in a certified shop. You will support customers through timely repair and delivery of vehicles, collaborating with the Service Advisor and team to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Test vehicle components and systems using test drives, diagnostics, and special service equipment.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor on status and needed additional repairs or estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed or needed.
• Perform repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Keep the work area clean and safe per regulations.

Karl Malone Groupis seeking a full-timeExperienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of ourteam, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery oftheir vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency andaccuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicleautomotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering,suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  
• Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessarytest drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
  
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regardingthe vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs areneeded, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
  
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner andmaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed orneeded.
  
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturerspecifications.
  
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area followingprescribed safety regulations.
