Job Description

This job involves installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of alcohol monitoring devices, along with other operational duties at the assigned facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring devices.
• Perform daily operational duties, including:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on product use.
• Create a positive atmosphere for customers and employees.
• Perform monthly inventory audits.
• Assist neighboring shops when applicable.
• Manage daily work hours, ensuring no more than 40 hours per week.
• Communicate with management and lead technicians regarding challenges.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
• Adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with 12V systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit, kneel, stand, walk, reach, or crawl regularly, especially when installing devices in tight spaces.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have close and distance vision capabilities.

Work Environment
