Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings is hiring a Service Technician in Billings, Montana. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, performing maintenance, and communicating with service advisors and customers.

The shop operates with a Monday–Friday 7:00 am–6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am–6:00 pm schedule. We offer opportunities for growth, comprehensive benefits, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience required.
• Willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• ASE certification is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures.
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training.

What You’ll Bring

• 2 or more years of experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE certification is not required. A strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
