Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Chicago, IL area service centers. You'll perform tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance while learning from experienced teammates.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
