Job summary

Team Car Care in Summerville, SC is seeking a Crew Chief to help lead the store and drive service growth. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, deliver excellent guest experiences, and promote a high-performance, safety-conscious environment.

You’ll mentor technicians and CSAs, manage daily operations, and participate in budgeting and forecasting while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest counts.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and initiatives with DM.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expenses.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per GTE.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close duties when the GM is off and support staffing needs.
