Williams Auto Group in Vestal, NY is seeking a Service Support Associate to help keep our dealership operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service. This automotive role supports both service and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Two or more positive attributes we look for are reliability and strong communication. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are preferred and required respectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Automotive and Dealership environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicles.
• Move and organize vehicles throughout the Dealership lot and service areas.
• Assist the Service Department with vehicle transportation and customer support.
• Greet customers on the service drive and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety items, and overall presentation.
• Install stock tags and buyer guides on vehicles.
• Drive vehicles safely on and off Dealership property.
• Keep work areas, lots, and service lanes clean and organized.
• Support Automotive Sales and Service teams with daily operational tasks.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
