Midas in Florence, SC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee automotive service operations, safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead technicians and service advisors, ensure customer satisfaction, manage costs, inventory, and compliance, and promote a positive, productive work culture.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in store or service management, strong automotive knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. A college degree or coursework is preferred.

• 2+ years of store or service manager experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Internet tools.
• Leadership ability to motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach store staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and consultations.
• Follow up with customers and provide estimates.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and create repair orders.
• Discuss pricing and shop service specials.
• Lead sales, accounting, and clerical functions.
• Oversee inspections and repairs on domestic, European, and Asian cars.
• Maintain inventory levels.
