Responsibilities

• Answer all calls promptly in a positive and professional manner.
• Follow script to seek information from customer regarding their vehicle service needs.
• Actively listen to customer inquiries and requests while asking questions and verifying information to ensure a great first impression.
• Review customer service history and update information in internal software.
• Schedule date/drop-off time, estimate service cost, and expected completion time.
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure parts are in stock for scheduled repairs.
• Maintain composure and patience at all times.
• Address customer questions via phone, email, and/or text.
• Reschedule appointments as needed and keep customers informed.
• Collaborate with service dispatch to bring in additional work.
