Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of automotive service sales or retail experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Weekend availability is a plus in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Liaise between customer and technician; translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
