Huffines Kia McKinney, part of Huffines Auto Dealerships, is seeking a friendly Service Department Receptionist. You will welcome guests, answer calls, route inquiries, and provide administrative support while upholding our WOW service standard.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with occasional Saturdays, emphasizing guest experience and teamwork in a multi-brand dealership family.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Answer inbound calls and route them to the appropriate department.
• Direct customers to the correct contact point and provide information.
• Perform administrative tasks and support switchboard operations.
• Assist and train as loaner car coordinator as needed.
• Act as a customer service advocate to ensure guest satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Service Department Receptionist answers incoming telephone calls and greets guests in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. He or she sets the tone for our company by being an outstanding listener and information source and knows all points-of-contact for the facility to promptly assist customers. In addition, he or she performs administrative duties and operates the telephone switchboard for call routing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays required (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). One weekday off will be provided when working Saturday.
• Greets all customers to create a great guest experience
• Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
• Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
• Provides administrative assistance as needed
• Will be trained and expanded to include loaner car coordinator
• Customer service advocate is the key to success in this role
