Ken Ganley Auto Group is proud to be Ohio’s largest dealer group and now ranks #14 in the country overall. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our world-class team and be a part of one of the fastest growing dealership groups in Northeast Ohio and beyond!

Our Porters (or Lot Attendants), help support the dealership by cleaning and moving our vehicles as needed while keeping our lots neat & orderly. We are looking for a team player with strong customer service skills.A positive attitude is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Washing and detailing of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality.
• Picking up or delivering parts & vehicles as needed. Vehicle inventory maintenance.
• Shuttling guests or customers if necessary. Assists customers with questions and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards. Light janitorial duties. Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
• Assisting the service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles.
• Responsible for keeping loaner fleet clean and checking gas levels in loaner fleet.
• Fueling up customer and loaner fleet vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer. (Report any damage immediately.)
