Job summary

S & L Motors Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department west of Green Bay. You will manage daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has proven automotive service management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to use service management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards.
• Proficient in using service management software and tools.
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize customer experience and resolve any service issues.
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage the department budget and financial reports.
