Accurate Auto Group in Kingman, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and service advisors in a fast-growing independent shop. This role emphasizes culture, customer experience and shop performance.

You will oversee daily operations, manage scheduling, build estimates, and drive continuous improvement. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000+ annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends, plus benefits and relocation

Qualifications

• Five or more years of automotive service management or related leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading a high-performing automotive team.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair-shop operations.
• Experience managing workflow, scheduling and productivity.
• Ability to build estimates and explain repairs to customers.
• Familiarity with shop-management software and modern service processes.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop service advisors and technicians
• Oversee the customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
• Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity
• Build and review accurate repair estimates
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Monitor shop performance, sales, productivity and other KPIs
• Help the team achieve defined operational and financial goals
• Address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Recruit, train and retain high-performing team members
• Hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive, team-first culture
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication and efficiency
• Maintain high standards for quality, organization and customer service
