Accurate Auto Group in Kingman and Parker, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Technician / Mentor. You will diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and engine issues while guiding and training junior technicians to grow their skills and confidence.

This role emphasizes mentorship, quality repairs, and a steady, team‑oriented workflow in modern, well‑equipped shops with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills.
• Broad mechanical repair experience with domestic and import vehicles.
• Experience with modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
• ASE Master certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience a plus.
• Proven productivity and commitment to quality repairs.
• Patience, communication skills, and a willingness to teach.
• Professional tools, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical problems.
• Mentor developing technicians through hands-on training and diagnostic guidance.
• Share your knowledge of scan tools, testing procedures, and modern vehicle systems.
• Help improve technician accuracy, efficiency, and confidence.
• Promote quality workmanship, accountability, and consistent repair practices.
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, and patience.
