Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating parts and inventory, and maintaining client communications to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• Transmission sales experience is a big plus.
• Excellent closing sales skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain high interpersonal standards.
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers
