Morristown Nissan is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily shop operations, manage RO flow, and ensure efficient vehicle repairs. You will lead a team of service advisors and technicians while focusing on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3+ years in an automotive dealership, working knowledge of DMS systems and Xtime, and a proven ability to drive profitability and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership settings with 1–3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and service procedures.
• Proficiency with dealer management systems (DMS) and scheduling tools like Xtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop workflow, including scheduling, RO flow, and keeping equipment in good condition.
• Drive customer satisfaction by handling complaints professionally and ensuring timely repairs.
• Lead, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians.
• Meet or exceed profitability, labor sales, and service volume goals.
• Ensure compliance with Nissan warranty policies and recall campaigns.
• Enforce OSHA safety rules and maintain a clean, organized shop.
