Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or strong Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Deep understanding of dealership service operations and manufacturer processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians.
• Oversee daily operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
• Drive key performance metrics: customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
• Manage warranty claims and parts inventory coordination.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, and leadership teams.
• Implement process improvements in a high-volume environment.
