Job summary
Precision Tune Auto Care Beaumont is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our repair shop floor, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise service advisors and technicians, optimize workflow, monitor sales and profitability, and ensure repairs are completed accurately and safely.

Qualifications
- Experience as Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role.
- Automotive repair industry experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with ability to educate customers, not pressure them.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians.
- Drive sales while maintaining outstanding customer experience.
- Schedule and manage shop workflow for maximum productivity.
- Monitor daily sales, labor, gross profit, and KPIs.
- Hire, train, and develop team members.
- Maintain inventory and control expenses.
- Ensure repairs are completed safely and on time.
- Build relationships with fleet customers and local businesses.
